One‑Stop Custom Solutions for IoT‑Enabled Smart Wearables
IoT and wearable product development is often slowed down by hardware iteration difficulties, unstable supply chains, and complicated RF debugging. Smart wearables are no longer simple wrist devices — they are core IoT nodes that connect real-world physical data with digital cloud systems.
To help companies go to market faster, professional wearable manufacturing services provide one-stop support including industrial design, sensor integration and firmware development. This allows brands to focus entirely on software ecosystem building and business growth.
Cooperation Models
-
OEM/ODM Fast Customization Based on mature hardware platforms, we support quick and low-risk product iteration, including custom appearance, branded UI, personalized packaging and customized APP software. This is perfect for teams that want fast market launch.
-
Full Custom R&D For high-end and innovative projects, we provide full independent development covering structural design, PCB optimization, firmware algorithm development and compliance certification. This meets customized needs for special sensors, unique communication protocols and premium industrial design.
Hardware Platform Capabilities
Our hardware platform features low power consumption and high stability, supporting all mainstream IoT connection methods: BLE Bluetooth, LoRaWAN long-distance transmission, CAT-1/LTE-M cellular network, UWB precise positioning and GPS tracking.
It integrates complete wearable sensing functions: heart rate (PPG), blood oxygen (SpO₂), body temperature, ECG electrocardiogram, EDA skin response, as well as accelerometer and gyroscope motion tracking. All original data can be exported for secondary algorithm training and cloud analysis.
All devices adopt industrial-grade design with anti-shock, dustproof and IP67/IP68 waterproof performance. Multiple display solutions such as TFT, MIP and E-INK are available for outdoor scenarios.
Built with ESP32-C6 compatible architecture, our platform greatly lowers the threshold from prototype verification to mass production. It perfectly supports teams with software and IoT capabilities but limited hardware manufacturing experience.
Standardized Development Process
Our standardized development process ensures stable project delivery: First, select the most suitable hardware baseline for sampling. Second, complete small-batch testing to verify the full data link from device to backend. Finally, confirm the customization scheme and launch mass production with strict quality control.
Complete technical documents and interface support ensure smooth data interaction among devices, gateways, servers and management platforms, forming a fully closed-loop IoT system.
